Michelle Norris is a National Board Certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, driven by a deep passion for helping individuals unlock their fullest potential. Trained by the renowned Duke Integrative Medicine, Michelle holds additional certifications in yoga, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, cognitive coaching, adolescent mindfulness, and nutritional therapy.

With a background in business and a holistic, client-centered methodology, Michelle partners with her 1-on-1 coaching clients, healthcare providers and teams, corporate wellness programs, and group workshops to create personalized plans for sustainable growth and vibrant living. Her primary focus is on developing new neural pathways, reframing limiting beliefs, and empowering her clients to manifest their inspired lifestyle.

Through Michelle's tailored coaching programs, clients gain the tools and support to optimize every dimension of their wellbeing - from nutrition and movement to sleep, stress mitigation, and beyond. She works closely with clients and their healthcare providers to develop personalized medical plans that address any chronic conditions or other physical health concerns. Michelle has an innate ability to identify each person's unique capabilities and worth, guiding them to break down barriers and achieve measurable, replicable outcomes.

Coaching helped me identify small steps each week to work toward. Michelle helped me set up realistic steps with strategies and measurable objectives as well as alternative strategies if “life gets in the way.” Before I would set up steps that that were not always realistic and/or measurable and had no alternative strategies. I loved the Wellness lunches! It was great to have someone come into the firm and address things like stress, nutrition, and mind-body awareness, especially in this crazy time of COVID; we are all at home and it can feel overwhelming.
