You are investing in a customized series of twelve 1:1 coaching sessions. Over the course of 12 sessions we will introduce tools and strategies for navigating whole person approaches to wellness. We work together to design your best-self vision, understand why you’re not there, and create a strategic behavioral course to help you get there and stay there. We explore the wheel of health; nutrition, sleep hygiene, mindfulness, stress management, relationships, daily routine, and habitual patterns to name a few.. We uncover your signature strengths, how to cultivate and live from those strengths, and systematically transform how you show up with greater well-being in your life. We all experience unexpected challenges throughout our lives; we feel stressed, overwhelmed and unsure of our path moving forward. This program provides science backed proven techniques and daily practices that help you embrace what’s challenging, frame it constructively, and transform it in a productive, sustainable, life-serving way.
