Pancake Recipe

This is my go to no fuss pancake recipe. I interchange flour, liquids, and taste profiles depending on what I am in the mood for. The above picture is a lemon, ginger, and poppyseed pancake topped with pumpkin butter, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, raspberries and coconut cream. The bottom one is buckwheat flour with chai seasoning (cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, cloves, & nutmeg). Options: banana peanut butter chocolate chip, ginger cardamom orange, pumpkin nutmeg cinnamon, apples & cinnamon, pears & cinnamon…etc
